Feasibility study
Assessing what can be kept, what must be redone, what can be transformed. Discussion of your objectives, structural constraints and realistic budget.

Detailed quote and schedule
Item-by-item quote with a projected schedule. In renovation projects, I coordinate with other trades (electrician, plumber) so that phases follow on smoothly.

Demolition and preparation
Removal of existing partitions, substrate preparation, waste disposal through the appropriate channels. Systematic protection of floors and areas not involved.

Installation and finishing
Plasterboard, Fermacell or traditional plaster partitions depending on use (acoustic, water-resistant, fire-resistant). Invisible joints, smooth coat, ready to receive paint or wallpaper.

Inspection and clean-up
Level and squareness check, finishes. Final clean-up, rubble disposal, spotless worksite handover.

Simple partition
60-80 CHF/m²
Single plasterboard partition, no special insulation, standard finishes.
False ceiling + insulation
75-110 CHF/m²
Complete false ceiling with acoustic insulation and recessed lighting provision.
Complete renovation
110-180 CHF/m²
Demolition, partition rebuilding, ceilings, coatings, finishes ready to paint.

Frequently asked questions
Before starting the renovation
How long does a complete apartment renovation take?
For 80 m² with demolition, partitions, ceilings, electrical, plumbing and painting: 5 to 8 weeks on average. Excluding plumbing/electrical, the plastering + painting portion represents 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you coordinate other tradespeople?
On worksites I manage from A to Z, yes. I have a network of reliable partners (electrician, plumber, tiler, parquet layer) in Valais. But you can also bring your own tradespeople — I adapt to the schedule.
Can I live there during the works?
For works limited to one room: yes. For a complete renovation: no. Floors are stripped, water may be cut, dust is inevitable despite protection. It is better to arrange temporary accommodation.
Do you remove asbestos if any is found?
No, that is a specialised and regulated trade. But I can arrange the diagnosis and coordinate with a certified company if needed. Common in Valais for buildings from the 1960s–80s.
What about interior thermal insulation?
Yes, I offer wall cladding with rock wool or polystyrene depending on the available thickness and the desired R value. Compatible with Valaisan cantonal grants for energy renovation.
