How long does it take to get a quote?
Response within 48h for the initial contact. If a visit is needed, it is arranged within the week according to your availability. The detailed written quote, broken down item by item, is sent within 5 days after the visit.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes, property managers in Chablais and the Riviera are among my regular clients. Restoration before letting, condition reports with photos, properly invoiced, deadlines met: everything is designed for your requirements.
What does the Federal Master Certificate in painting mean?
The Federal Master Certificate is the highest professional diploma in Switzerland for painting. It certifies: technical mastery of materials, substrates and products; knowledge of safety, environmental and tax standards; ability to train apprentices. It is your guarantee of dealing with a genuinely qualified professional · not a self-taught tradesperson.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (Swiss IBAN), TWINT and cash. Payment is made in 3 instalments: 50% on signing the contract, 40% during the works and 10% on completion. The final invoice is payable within 30 days net.
